When it comes to evaluating tools most of them deal the question, “How are paid staff running the church?” However the critical question in congregations is, “How are we relating to God and participating in God’s mission in the world?”
This survey tool uses seven core faith practices (prayer, study, worship, inviting, encouraging, serving and giving) to question congregational pastors, leaders and members about how they are listening to God’s direction.
